We do not charge an initial application fee. Each application will be evaluated and the vendor will be contacted on decision if application is approved and next steps.
Spaces are only guaranteed once payment is received. We will start accpeting vendors on January 8th. This event has a limited number of vendor spots which do sell out. We do not issue all acceptances simultaneously on a single date.
Vendors can reserve their space with a $50 Deposit. All additional vendor fees must be paid in full 10 days before the event
Deposits are non-refundable. We offer deposits to help vendors plan ahead & manage cash flow. However, we consider deposits to be a firm commitment, because they are so time-consuming for us to administer.
