Adult League Fall 2020 Survey

The Fifth Third Arena will reopen to the public on Monday July 27th, with adult hockey leagues to resume shortly after. Based on the projected start date, the summer adult hockey season will be cancelled. However, the 2020 Fall season will be extended to run from late July-December.

Please complete the information below to express your commitment and to be eligible to register for the 2020 Adult Hockey Season. The season will be roughly 18 games plus playoffs that will conclude before the 2020 holiday/New Year break.
